Got this for my nephew's pirate phase and he won't put it down. The clear lenses actually magnify decently for a toy, and he spends hours spotting "ships" from the backyard.

The mounting bracket snapped onto my balcony rail in seconds, and the polyethylene body is light enough for my kids to tote around the yard without any worry. The little compass is a fun bonus, too—it turned our backyard into an actual adventure.

The clear lenses surprised me—crisper than I expected for a toy. My kids spent an hour trying to spot birds through it, and the mounting bracket made it easy to steady on a fence post.
